O-M-G
I hadn't realized until I went through my "Favorites" list that I haven't posted anything on my blog since....EASTER.

I guess I get too caught up in what I'm doing in my everyday life to remember to write any of it down.

Ok so, School is over, and summer school is half way through. I am playing baseball so much better than I did before (which is not saying a lot.) Summer school has been...uh...interesting. Jenn and I met a guy b/c of a Startrek conversation we were having, and it ends up he's a band-geek (by family relation.) What are the odds?

SO the Prof. is gay, and not in the traditional sense. I am starting to dislike the class though, b/c he teaches everything through a gay-interpretation. Also, it is suppose to be a second year class but he discusses things that should be in a fourth year class (so it is over my head most of the time.) Postmodern-wtf-ism? I have heard of, but never learned about it! I was under the impression that this was a canadian fiction course, not a gay fiction course, however. And I am somewhat disappointed. I have nothing against gay ppl, or gay literature, but this is not the class I signed up for, and I don't think a prof.'s sexual orientation should affect the way a class is taught, unless it actually IS a gay lit. class. /rant

I am out everyday evening during the week, and I am working Canada Day weekend, which sucks. I need the money, but sometimes (more often now adays) I feel like I have been working there wayyyyy tooooo longggg. I still get customers questioning my abilities, telling me to "call Canada post" b/c I (apparently) don't know what I'm talking about. Is it b/c I look 16? Is it that fact that the other lady I work w/ in incompetant, but they assume she's MY superior b/c she's old. In fact, its the other way around. I've worked there for 4 years as of Canada day, and ppl still say "Maybe you should check w/ your manager." I can't tell you how fustrating that is when you get this attitude w/ every customer. This is why I need to finish university so I can get away from customer service./rant 2

Hurray for Ranting!
